RECYCLING EVENT COMING

B & H Recycling will be coming back to Flora on Saturday.  B & H will be set up near the Southern Gardens Shopping Center to accept items for recycling from 9 to Noon.

Items accepted at no charge include stoves, washers, dryers, hot water heaters, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, air conditioners, central air units, heaters, electric motors, cars, car parts, tin, bicycles, lawn mowers, electric pumps, guttering, steel doors, aluminum windows, chop and band saws and anything that has an attached cord.  Items accepted for a $2 fee includes; fax machines, computers, keyboards, radios, VCR’s, CD & DVD players, mp3 players, game systems, & stereos, cell phones & batteries, cameras and camcorders, grills, toasters, lamps, coffee pots, blenders, microwave ovens, printers, copiers, vacuums and dehumidifiers.  Items accepted for a $5 fee include small computer screens.  $10 for large flat screen tv’s.  B & H Recycling of West Liberty, IL, does not accept paint, tires, mattress and box springs or CRT glass of any kind.

The recycling event is in Flora near the Southern Gardens Shopping Center on Greenlaw Boulevard Saturday from 9 to Noon.
