North Wayne registration is set for Thursday, August 9th from 1:00-3:00pm and 4:00-6:00pm.  All schools in the district register on this day.  Johnsonville, Mt. Erie and Cisne Middle School registration is at Cisne Middle School and Cisne High School registration is at the high school.  Cisne Middle School and Cisne High School students can pick up their class schedules on registration day.

Students entering school for the first time, sixth grade and ninth grade must have a recent physical exam and proof of immunization.  Students entering kindergarten, second grade and sixth grade must have a recent dental examination.  Students entering kindergarten must have a complete eye exam.

Horizon Healthcare is scheduling school and sports physicals during registration on August 9th at Cisne Middle School from 1:00-3:00pm for a $25 fee.  A parent or legal guardian needs to be present to grant permission for the physical and to sign the form.  Cisne Middle School and Cisne High School students who plan to participate in sports during the school year must have a physical exam prior to the first day of practice.

Textbook rental fees for the year are set at $40 for students in grades K-12.  Drivers education fees are set at $50.  Lab fees and workbooks will be assessed at cost.  Students should pay their book rental fees when they register.

Lunch prices are $2.50 for students in grade K-12.  Breakfast is $1.00.  Extra mile is $ .35.

The extra-curricular activity fee is $40 for students participating in high school spring and fall baseball, softball, boys basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, scholar bowl and yearbook.  The same fee applies for the middle school students taking part in softball, baseball, cheerleading, girls basketball, boys basketball, volleyball, track and scholar bowl.
